Claims Assessor
Overview: Great opportunity for an onsite Automotive Claims Assessor to join the fast-paced Service and Repairs team of a successful automotive services company in Reading. This is a varied and busy role working in a friendly and supportive team, providing quality customer service to advise on bookings and assess customer vehicle claims. Responsibilities: Liaising with customers and appointed garages regarding servicing, MOTs and repairsSelecting garages to carry out work and agreeing cover for claimsAssessing garages diagnosis for repair work, ensuring labour and parts quotes are reasonableRegularly updating and advising customers on bookings and warranty issuesResolving any issues or complaints as positively as possibleMaintaining a high standard of customer service Requirements: Previous Automotive Dealership Customer Service or Service Management experience, or Insurance Motor ClaimsGood knowledge of vehicle partsAny experience of vehicle claims highly advantageousFriendly and polite telephone mannerConfident computer skills and strong attention to detailAble to work well as part of a busy telephone- based office team If you think you are suitable for this role, then please click 'APPLY' now!
