The successful candidate will have previous claims experience, ideally from Commercial, but will consider personal lines claims experience. We are looking for somebody that has experience across a wide spectrum of insurance products, and the claims associated with them. This could be home, motor, travel (both personal, fleet and heavy goods vehicles) and commercial lines. They will need to be resilient, as this may require challenging an insurers view on the cover afforded by the policy if they believe it to be incorrect. Job Description The job will see you providing an in house Insurance claims service to their clients throughout the company, offering guidance, support and assistance to ensure client claims are processed to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner.
