This Birmingham role gives a Chartered Building Surveyor access to complex commercial property work without losing the autonomy and visibility of an independent consultancy.The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will join a respected construction consultancy advising clients across industrial, logistics, retail and commercial.The Chartered Building Surveyor RoleThe Chartered Building Surveyor will focus on technical due diligence, dilapidations and contract administration, managing instructions from initial brief through to completion.
