An established Birmingham-based consultancy are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Building Surveying team. The Chartered Building Surveyor's role As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be taking on a number of responsibilities, these include dilapidations, technical due diligence, acquisition surveys, schedules of condition and party wall matters. You will be managing construction contracts ranging from £50,000 to £5,000,000+. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will also be an experienced client-facing manager and able to undertake new business development. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have?
