Financial Accountant - EMEA Region A leading multinational organisation is seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to join its high-performing finance team. This is a pivotal role within a matrix-structured environment, supporting multiple entities across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities: Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for month-end, quarter-end, half-year, and year-end close cycles.Prepare statutory accounts and support external audits with precision and urgency.Manage fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger reconciliations to a high standard.Lead accounts payable processes, ensuring strict adherence to payment deadlines and internal controls.Support cash flow forecasting and balance sheet oversight across multiple countries.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with group policies and local accounting standards. Ideal Candidate: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (ACA preferred).Proven experience in a complex, multi-national matrix organisation.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure.Exposure to EMEA finance operations and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
