Account Manager
Job Title: Account Manager Location: Bury Office Salary: £24,000 - £36,000 OTE Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team at our Bury office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery while also driving sales opportunities. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with multiple clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products/services to existing clients.Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Time Management: Prioritise tasks efficiently to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance to management.Client Meetings: On site and over Microsoft teams. Once the sales team have signed a new client on board it will be your responsibilty to maintain the growth. Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.Work Rate: Ability to maintain a high work rate, staying productive and effective in a fast-paced environment.Account Management: Previous experience in account management or a related role is preferred.Sales: Experience in sales or a strong sales aptitude is an advantage.Willingness to Learn: A proactive approach to learning new skills and adapting to new challenges.
