What you'll be responsible for: · Team member within the kitchen staff; taking meal orders · Plating meals for patients and clearing away · Washing food trolleys, cutlery and crockery · Food prep when necessary · Any general cleaning that is needed · Serving patients on wards · Tidying of ward kitchen and dining room The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. We are looking for experienced Catering Assistants who can work 10pm - 6am, this is working 5 days over 7 which will include some weekend working. You will require a Food Hygiene Level 1 as a minimum to apply for this role. Monday to Friday, totalling 40 hours per week. These roles are ongoing. Duties for these roles will include heating and serving food to workers on site, and cleaning the kitchen ready for the following day, once service has finished.
