A specialised lender that provides swift, competitive bridging loans, based in London, requires an Experienced Hybrid Case Manager join its vibrant and successful team A very competitive salary is is on offer, bonus, comprehesive benefits and hybrid working (4-days in office) It is growing swiftly so is seeking to recruit a Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter to come and join our friendly and motivated team. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-year relevant experience within bridging lending. This is a permanent full-time position with excellent remuneration package. Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter Key Responsibilities: Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse credit worthinessPrepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit CommitteePreparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown processUnderwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteriaHandling broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectationsLiaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors,Solicitors and Customers) to effectively manage the lending processCandidates MUST have proven working experience within the BRIDGING AND / OR DEVELOPMENT FINANCE sector. Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Excellent analytical skills.Ability to structure transactions based upon market sector, asset, and security.

Investigation Case Officer is urgently required for a 6 month plus, remote temporary booking. The role is mainly a remote/ home based position. Working from home for 4 days and 1 day in the London office. Located near to Chancery Lane tube. The Investigations Case Officer will earn £17.58 per hour, for 35 hrs per week. Duties to include: Investigate complaints from websites & social media.Handle queries about misuse of a professionally recognised job title.Manage caseloadsInstruct solicitors in prosecuting cases in the magistrates’ courts.Correspond and maintain relationships with police, trading standards etc.Draft press releases following criminal prosecutions. The Investigation Case Officer role would suit those with experience within Investigations and Case Management. Perhaps within a regulatory or legal environment. Successful applicants will have a genuine interest in public protection. Professional regulation experience would be a bonus. A legal career background would be very helpful.
