We are looking for a Case Manager, in this role you would be supporting Credit Managers throughout the loan application process. This involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including the sales team, brokers, borrowers, valuers, asset managers, and solicitors. You will be integral to the smooth progression of loan applications, ensuring a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Conduct a pre-underwrite of loans for Credit Managers, offering valuable insights and assistance on various loan applications. Provide support to Credit Managers by reviewing underwriting and legal requirements, legal documents, valuations, and preparing internal tools and forms for completion. Communicate effectively with brokers, borrowers, and other third parties to maintain positive relationships. Supervise the Credit Analyst team, ensuring workloads are monitored and tasks are completed promptly, providing assistance with overflow tasks.
