Job Title: Caretaker Location: Barnsley Salary: £11.50 - £11.90 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are currently recruiting for an experienced caretaker to cover a primary school in Barnsley. Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and both planned and reactive maintenance within your skillset.Conduct minor repairs to building fabric to ensure safety and security for clients, staff, and visitors.Safely respond to adverse weather conditions, including snow clearing, gritting, flooding, and high winds.Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies across all sites.Maintain positive relationships with clients.Address maintenance issues promptly to minimize penalty deductions per project agreements.Keep all servicing records updated and compliant with statutory guidelines.
