About the RoleAs Care Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our service users, their families, our care assistants, and external professionals. You will ensure seamless scheduling, quality compliance, and outstanding communication, all while helping us grow as a new provider.This is a hands-on role in a small, ambitious team. You will work directly with our Registered Manager.What You'll DoLiaising with referral partners, promoting new referrals, and processing incoming referrals.Scheduling: Create and manage weekly rotas; handle last-minute changes; ensure all visits coveredCare plans: Coordinate assessments, reviews, and updates; maintain digital recordsQuality: Monitor visit completion, incident reporting, medication alerts; spot-check care deliveryCompliance: Prepare for Care Inspectorate scrutiny; maintain staff files, training records, SSSC registrationsCommunication: Liaise with families, GPs, district nurses, social workers; handle enquiries and complaintsRecruitment: Support care assistant recruitment, induction, and retentionBusiness growth: Contribute to local authority applications, service development, and reputation buildingWhat We're Looking For:2+ years in care coordination,scheduling, or team leading in domiciliary careNVQ/SVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social CareFull UK driving licence and own carSSSC registration (or working towards)Exceptional organisational and communication skillsExperience with Log my Care, Birdie, or similarProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital care systemsKnowledge of Scottish local authority commissioningUnderstanding of Care Inspectorate standards and SSSC requirementsExisting professional network in East/West DunbartonshireRight to work in the UK
