You will ensure the performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement of services, working towards our aims of revitalising neighbourhoods and transforming lives, by promoting the health, independence and wellbeing of people who use services. You will oversee the delivery of a safe, caring, compassionate and outstanding service that meets CQC regulatory requirements. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in managing CQC regulated services, with experience of extra care.  Experience of housing is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will work flexible Monday to Friday, with some requirement to work weekends in response to service needs.
