HR Coordinator
We’re recruiting for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator & Administrator to join a busy, well-established production business based near Attleborough. This is a varied role supporting HR, payroll, compliance, and general administration, acting as a key contact for managers and employees.This is the perfect role for someone that has experience working for a family-ran business and understands the dynamics of a close-knit, hands-on environment.Key Responsibilities:First point of contact for HR queriesSupport employee relations processes (disciplinary, grievance, absence)Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and inductionsTrack probation reviews and appraisalsMaintain HR records and update policiesCoordinate training, compliance, and reportingPrepare and process weekly payroll and agency timesheetsAdminister pensions and support benefits processesAssist with finance admin, payments, and general office supportAbout You:Experience in HR, payroll, or administrationGood knowledge of HR processes and employment lawStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident handling confidential informationProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsCIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or working towards) desirableProfessional, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbout Contract Personnel:Contract Personnel are one of East Anglia’s longest-standing, leading independent recruitment agencies – established in 1989.
