The successful candidate will be central to delivering safe, high-quality care that enables people to live well in their own homes.As a Care Coordinator you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure care packages are planned and delivered effectively, schedules are well-organised, and clients receive the consistent, person-centred support they deserve.Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full driving licence, as regular travel within the community will be required.Required Skills & QualificationsLevel 3 (or above) in Health and Social CarePrevious experience in the care sector – ideally in a Care Coordinator or team leader roleA confident communicator with strong organisational skillsA proactive problem-solver who can manage changing prioritiesFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhy Join This Service?Our client is passionate about creating a supportive and rewarding environment for their team.
