Responsibilities of the role: Manage client implementations end-to-end, across the banks range of cash management solutions.Work in partnership with clients to create and agree project delivery timelines, clear communication of project statuses, identification/mitigation of risks and swift root cause analysis and resolution for issues.Provide a professional & tailored approach to meet the needs of all clients, utilizing project management routines where necessary for larger scale deliverables.Manage conference calls with clients and internal stakeholdersCo-ordinate all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboardingKeep stakeholders updated on the progress of the onboarding, and highlighting any related issuesConnect with internal teams to manage onboarding; and influencing where necessary to ensure that strict timelines are met for clients.Complete relevant product & service setups within systems, logging all relevant documentation/emails within a central repository for audit trails. This is a critical role central to delivering an effective, integrated, and holistic Aftercare Service in line with the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children Act 1989.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Personal Advisor, you will be crucial in coordinating support across multiple domains:Pathway Planning: You will work in partnership with young people, their social worker, carers, and other relevant agencies to co-ordinate, monitor, and review Pathway Plans for all allocated young people as they move towards independence in Lambeth.Multi-Agency Partnership: You are responsible for developing close and effective working relationships with key agencies, to facilitate a co-ordinated multi-agency response, and actively support and encourage inter-agency pathway planning.Housing & Financial Stability: A primary focus is to support young people to sustain their accommodation.
