As a customer Care Assistant you would be responsible for: Making sure our practices are inviting to our clients and their pets.Answering the phone and be the initial friendly voice and point of contact. Liaising with veterinary surgeons to ensure client needs are met.Being ready, visible and available to look after our clients, increasing the client bond to safe-guard and ensure a consistent customer experience and they are 100% satisfied.Client facing for payments, bookings, queries and admissions for procedures.
