My client based on the outskirts of Bath are looking for a Campaign Executive focusing on managing different campaign deliverables and projects for their clients.  The company offer hybrid working of 2 days in the office per week and you must be located within a commutable distance from Bath. You will be responsible for onboarding customers who have purchased new campaigns - explaining the process and providing recommendations on planning the campaign to achieve the expected goals and subsequently creating campaign plans on their planning system, to be used to manage the projects and for communicating progress/upcoming items with the customer. Once set up you will proactively be managing and administrating the campaigns throughout the campaign period, planning activities and tasks with internal teams and delivering engaging digital content marketing services, such as emails and webinars, to their global audiences. You will possess strong communication skills as you will be engaging with customers regularly by phone and email, to answer queries and provide status updates on their campaigns, as well as regularly reviewing the performance of the campaigns against expectations, and proactively working with other teams to improve results if needed, or to communicate successes to the customer.
