Service Call Handler
Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Service Call Handler to join our team based in the Knowsley area. You will be working on full time, permanent basis, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. In return, you will receive a salary of £24,960 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits! Responsibilities for the Service Call Handler will include: Talk to customers to confirm scheduled service appointments both inbound & outbound calls Reschedule appointments were required following contract specific guidelines Ensure all regulatory information is updated and logged Ensure real time status updates to the relevant systems Provide an efficient & flexible response to operational issues to maintain service delivery levels Promote a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained Deputise for line management as required What we are looking for in our ideal Service Call Handler: Good level of education (GCSE standard in Maths & English) Previous call handling, scheduling experience & operating a computerised data base system. Good communication skills (written & verbal) Strong IT skills and the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel). Call/service centre environment and/or social housing experience would be beneficial.
