This is a full-time, on-site role offered on a 12-week temporary assignment, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities: Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficientlyActing as a first point of contact for customers, patients, or service usersProviding accurate information and resolving queries where possibleLogging calls and maintaining accurate records on internal systemsEscalating calls or issues to the appropriate team when requiredFollowing policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelinesDelivering a consistently high standard of customer service Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a call handling, contact centre, or customer service roleExcellent verbal communication and listening skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsConfident using computer systems and handling multiple screensReliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Please apply with your CV now to be considered!
