The Role As a Vehicle Technician at their Penryn dealership, you will: Carry out accurate and efficient repairs and servicing on a range of vehicles.Diagnose additional faults and communicate these effectively for further repair.Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest quality standards.Support the dealership team in providing an industry-leading customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing Completing all job cards, records, and documentation accurately.Monitoring jobs in progress and keeping service personnel updated.Using the correct tools, parts, and protective equipment for every job.Conducting vehicle tests and providing detailed diagnostic reports.Suggesting improvements to workshop processes to boost efficiency and profitability.Meeting all deadlines and contributing to team targets. Communication & Teamwork You’ll build positive, professional relationships with: Colleagues across the dealershipCustomers and visitorsSuppliers and external partners You’ll also stay informed on company updates, product developments, and contribute to a best-practice culture.
