The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and building a variety of product ranges for resale on their website and other e-commerce channels across Toys, Activity and Arts & Crafts. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring they have the right products, sourced at the right price, to meet our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Product Sourcing: Identify and source products in line with company objectives, market trends, and customer demand.Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective products and services.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet sales demands without excessive surplus, always considering supplier lead times.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new products, emerging trends, and competitive pricing strategies.Quality & Compliance : Working closely with the quality and compliance team to ensure goods arrive in a timely manner and are compliant for the market and in line with regulatory requirements.Data Analysis: Utilise data to make informed purchasing decisions including platforms such as Amazon Marketplace and Google Trends.
