They're looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive forward their people development agenda - building a consistent framework across technical and non-technical functions, optimising their LMS, and supporting projects such as onboarding, compliance, leadership development and more.Key Responsibilities: Partner with HR and operational leaders to develop and embed a modern L&D strategy.Optimise and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including content development and reporting.Create and standardise onboarding and training processes to support employee retention and development.Work closely with technical trainers to ensure smooth training delivery and progression pathways.Support transformation projects and cultural initiatives to enhance engagement and capability.Lead on performance reviews, employee surveys, and training compliance. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an L&D or HR Business Partnering role.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Comfortable designing L&D frameworks and managing digital learning tools.Confident delivering training and influencing across all levels.Knowledge of apprenticeships, compliance training, and performance development.L&D or HR qualification (e.g. CIPD) preferred.
