Day-to-day of the role: Partner with management to support business strategies and enhance workforce productivity and engagement.Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring they are understood and implemented effectively across the organisation.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans.Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and employee development.Analyse trends in employee turnover and retention, providing insights and strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.Support the recruitment process by working with hiring managers to define job requirements, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
