My client, a dynamic and thriving retail business, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their Commercial Finance team. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of the business. You'll work closely with their retail, commercial, and marketing teams, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations that will shape their e-commerce and omni-channel strategies. How you’ll spend your time: Deliver clear and concise reports on trading performance versus financial and non-financial KPIs.Analyse and provide insights on marketing and promotional activities to optimise performance.Evaluate business targets and identify risks and opportunities in the short-to-medium term.Lead trend analysis, financial modelling, and contribute to business cases for new initiatives.Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools within Tableau. This opportunity will be great for you if… You’re ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with experience in a commercial role or a strong desire to dive into commercial finance.You possess a solid understanding of omni-channel retailing, e-commerce, and digital marketing.You’re proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Tableau experience is a plus).You’re a critical thinker who can distil complex data into actionable insights and a proactive and ambitious professional excited to support a growing business.
