Business Quality Officer
Our client is looking for a Business Quality Officer who will be responsible for reviewing and checking client cases prior to submission, ensuring all recommendations align with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and house views.You will assess whether cases can be signed off or require further work, and provide clear, constructive feedback to advisers and paraplanners. This role involves working closely with teams across training & compliance, technical, and paraplanning functions.
