This role can offer hybrid working of circa 1 day per week from home (Business needs dependent) Description The role of HR Business Partner will work alongside a HR team, partnering with operational managers and leadership to support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Coventry. Are you an experienced Business Manager looking for a senior role at the heart of an organisation’s leadership team? This is a unique opportunity to support the CEO and Executive Committee in driving strategic priorities, ensuring strong governance, and enabling effective communication and follow-through across critical leadership activity. What you’ll do: Lead planning, coordination, and documentation of all CEO and Executive Committee governance activity, including forward schedules, agendas, and minutes.Oversee preparation and quality assurance of Board, Exco, and Committee papers, ensuring clarity and alignment to business strategy.Maintain a forward calendar of key business and investor events, ensuring leadership is well-prepared.Track and coordinate CEO and Exco priorities, translating them into actionable workstreams and monitoring progress.Act as a key interface for CEO engagement, preparing briefings, drafting communications, and supporting external profile at investor and regulatory events.Provide hands-on operational and project support to ensure strategic and cultural alignment across leadership activity.
