My client is seeking a dynamic Internal Business Development/Account Manager with a minimum of one years’ experience of working in fast paced B2B sales role. As a Business Development/Account Manager, you will have a naturally positive attitude, with excellent communication and people skills with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers, with the capacity to prioritise a busy workload while spinning lots of plates. You will proactively manage a pipeline of prospects who are fully qualified, as well as self-generating leads through various channels and be responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead generation through to new customers and as well account managing you existing accounts. As a Business Development/Account Manager, you will be highly proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and have strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively drive contracts to closure as well as being goal-oriented and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
