Working onsite in Waltham Abbey, the Business Services Administrator – plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and workflow across clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Acting as a central liaison, the role involves managing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support the effective delivery of services within the Property Services Team and wider Business Services Department.Key responsibilities include managing instructions through the Case Management System (CMS), overseeing the progression of cases in line with service level agreements (SLAs), and providing critical support to internal teams.
