Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Newport areaWorking for an Automotive multi-franchise approved car dealership, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand.You can expect On Target Earnings of £55,000 with a base salary of £55,000 with the working hours of: 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday.Benefits: Strong basic salary in place, which will be discussed further upon application. Uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £55,000+ per annum based on departmental performance.Personal company car. 30 days annual holiday allowance (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).Access to full manufacturer-accredited training and developmentWorkplace pension scheme, staff purchase discounts, and various other additional staff perks/benefits. Fantastic long-term career prospects with a large car dealer group established across Southwest England and South Wales. 5 days per week, which will be between Monday and Saturday, with a scheduled day off within the week.You will be required to work a Thursday late shift on a 1 in 6/7 rota in this role.No Sundays are required except during March and September. Sunday working hours are 10:00am-4:00pm.
