As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for our unique payroll and benefits service, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to close. This position requires strong experience in solution sales at the C-suite/Director level. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals.Develop deep knowledge of relevant market sectors and value propositions.Become an advocate for employee engagement solutions.Manage a portfolio and territory, consistently exceeding financial and performance targets.Represent the brand at conferences and business events.Identify new areas for company expansion and contribute to strategic development.Foster strong relationships with partners and support marketing initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in selling complex service solutions, ideally in outsourced services.Experience with payroll and pensions or workplace benefits is desirable.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Proven ability to manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.Strong numeracy and understanding of financial models, including VAT, tax, and cash flow.Organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.

Business Development Executive About Our ClientOur client is a leader in consumer electronics supplier to forecourts and convenience stores in the UK and operates internationally. They specialise in producing and distributing popularconsumer electronic goods. Their focus is on uniqueness, premium quality, customer service, and accountability. Role & ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time (Mon-Fri) remote role heavily reliant on new business development.The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.Manage existing accounts and develop long-term relationships with customers. This is a target-driven role with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.Identify new business opportunities for growth and expansion in the region.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Develop a strategic plan to protect and grow existing client accounts within your territory.Visit existing retail clients, building strong relationships with key retail decision-makers (store managers, supervisors).Maintain and service existing retail display solutions throughout the year, which includes merchandising, placing orders, updating to the latest planogram.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and submit regular reports to management.Overnight stay in a defined region when needed.
