Apply Agile principles where possible, while adapting to hybrid or traditional delivery approaches when required. Key Skills & Experience ? Proven experience as a Business Analyst in central government or public sector environments.? Strong understanding of complex technical landscapes and system integration.? Knowledge of CESA highly preferred (not essential).? Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and impact analysis.? Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.? Familiarity with systems using Java, COBOL, SQL, and Oracle technologies.? Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
