About The Role: The business is in a period of transformation having rapidly grown from an R&D SME to a high-volume production business. The finance team is small and requires additional capability to support the transformation and establishment of an appropriate financial control environment to enable business growth and support the business in making the right finance decisions whilst delivering sustainable growth for the future. This role will support the establishment of financial information to support business decision making across internal investment projects, management of stock/inventory and production metrics, there will also be a need to undertake core transactional tasks.
