They have a superb working environment and genuinely value their people evidenced by staff longevity.The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for partnering across their business to identify, design, deliver and embed learning to their staff and this is an exciting role which is supporting the whole company and will support your career and development. Working in a team of 2 you will be supporting across all aspects of their L&D operation and they are looking for someone who an L&D Advisor already and has experience with identifying and understanding the training needs in the business and can identify the correct training and development.Responsibilities will include:Designing, developing, and delivering engaging and inspiring learning and development experiences (face-to-face, virtual, digital)Developing, maintaining and embedding competency frameworks and personal development pathwaysWorking in partnership with the People team to answer questions or queries regarding management development opportunities and /or personal development plansCoach and enable managers to build accountability and confidence within teamsSupporting the delivery of the L&D strategy that compliments the People plan and their mission and visionBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally to ensure you are involved early in decisions and initiatives that impact the people agendaContributing to cross sector and function projects to support the achievement of their strategic planCreating and maintaining a learning and coaching cultureUtilising coaching conversations to help managers understand their strengths and development areas to enable them to formulate action plans to enhance their knowledge, skills & attributesSupporting line managers to become more skilled coaches to develop their teamsThe Person: For this role our client is seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:Demonstrable expertise in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions, specifically within leadership capability in a L&D Advisor role previouslyStrong facilitation skills both face to face and via virtual deliveryProven expertise in effective training needs analysisProven experience with LMS platforms to management and promote learning activity.Proven track record in building effective relationships with managers.Able to communicate and facilitate effectively through a variety of methods and formats, adapting style to meet audience and accessibility needs environment.Ideally you would also have some experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate 360The ability to build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders in the businessAbility to influence and inspire others with a positive, approachable, and personable outlookThe Benefits: 25 days holiday (business closes at Christmas), Contributory pension (company matched), Life Insurance, Discounts on courses (including your family and friends), Access to a comprehensive reward, recognition and wellbeing platform, Professional Development; A career pathway programme to support your personal and professional development.The Location:Central Bristol, with hybrid working (1 day in the office per fortnight)The Hours:Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pmThe Salary:£35-38,000
