HR Advisor - Up to £35,000 - Full-time - Office based - Hinckley, Leicestershire We are working with a national business compliance company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK. They are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their thriving team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business and progress your career within HR.About the job: In this role you will be responsible for providing professional HR and Employment Law advice and excellent service to clients across the UK via telephone and email. You will need to work as part of a team in order to ensure that the advice you are providing to clients meets their specific needs and is compliant with the law. In some cases, you may have to highlight options that are not compliant, and make sure that the client completely understands the risks they would be taking if they chose to take these.
