Our client are currently recruiting for a reliable and diligent individual to join them as Administrator! This is a full-time, permanent and office-based position based within their bright and spacious offices. The company has experienced a large amount of growth in recent times, and they anticipate even more! Therefore, they are looking for an administrator join them and support the team on this journey. This will be a varied and fast-paced role so you must be able to hit the ground running and be willing to support with all areas of the role. This would be a great opportunity if you are looking for a new challenge as you will form an important role within the business during an exciting time within the company’s history. Responsibilities: -Assisting the Project Manager with administrative tasks as required. -Documenting & following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. -Ensuring resource availability. -Assisting with resource availability. -Planning of project team travel arrangements. Candidate Attributes: -Enthusiastic & engaging. -Exceptional organisational skills. -Good communication skills both verbally and written. -Good IT skills & knowledge of MS Word, Teams, Excel &Outlook. -Excellent problem-solving skills. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience + pension scheme enrolment after a successful probation period and a gifted day off for your birthday
