This role provides an essential technical support service and requires a professional with a strong understanding of site services and their legal requirements. Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:• Facilities Management: Manage the estate facilities to ensure compliance with legislation and good practice. This includes working with contractors and staff to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment, operating and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS), and developing the site with replacement and new equipment.• Budget Management: Set and monitor the facilities budget for multi-sites in conjunction with the Engineering Manager• Energy Optimisation: Work towards optimising energy consumption at the site• Support for Other Sites: Provide facilities support to other sites as required• Compliance and Reporting: Serve as the contact point for Auditors and Insurance Inspectors within the facilities arena, adhere to relevant processes, and keep records for audit and legislative compliance.
