A Building and Property consultancy, based in Leeds, are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team of Building Surveyors. The Building Surveyor's role As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be undertaking a number of duties, these include but are not limited to; Providing building surveying services of various kinds, including technical due diligence, defect investigations, condition surveys, planned maintenance surveys and schedules of condition. The successful Building Surveyor will be assisting and leading on the design of projects including a mixture of refurbishment and new build projects in the education sector, amongst others, full duties as contract administrator and financial project management of small to medium sized schemes and client management and business development.
