Senior Building Physics Engineer - Winchester £45,000 - £50,000 CTJ35 This is an opportunity for a Senior Building Physics Consultant to become part of a UK based building services design consultancy that offers their expertise in Sustainability, Building services and Acoustics. You will have the chance to work on a variety of high budget complex projects within sectors such as commercial, residential and education. Responsibilities of the Senior Building Physics Engineer: To produce high quality building energy consumption and embodied carbon advice and support across all stages of the design development process.To represent the company and promote our core values at stakeholder engagement meetings and the local professional network.To support your line manager and peer group through collaboration and knowledge sharing.To identify opportunities for further personal development and advancement. The ideal candidate will: Demonstrable experience within a similar or relevant working environment at an intermediate or senior grade.Have competency with the market leading computational software required to validate design outputs.Be competent with the market leading software required to communicate and exchange technical information.Demonstrable academic qualifications appropriate to the role.Have experience with Apache HVAC (preferred)Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in the built environment and progress toward Net Zero Carbon.Demonstrable familiarity with key industry agendas and emerging technologies.Have a membership or affiliation with a relevant professional institution.
