You will also ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures and perform any other duties as reasonably required. What you'll need to succeed is at least 1 year of experience working in a panel building workshop, the ability to navigate and interpret CAD drawings, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, handle pressure effectively, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
