The Mortgage Broker Role: Based in the brokerages London office, you will join the team as a Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor building on the success of the Asia Pacific desk, it is essential to have fluent Mandarin or Cantonese for this role. You will demonstrate in-depth industry knowledge and provide whole of market mortgage and protection advice, ensuring you surpass client expectations, and build and manage the relationships with your clients to secure future business. The leads you will receive are provided though the brokerages extensive network of introducers and partners, which will give you the opportunity to build a business within an established and growing brokerage. You must be flexible to your client’s schedule, ensuring you are available at a time that works for them, and provide them with an outstanding level of customer service and tailored advice. You’ll have an experienced team of self-employed brokers around you, should you need assistance with any of your cases, and support from a dedicated client relationship manager to aid you with administration and compliance.
