Key responsibilities within the Brand Manager role will include: Assist the Head of Brand in implementing an RBL-wide brand strategy across a large and complex organisationWork with all RBL departments to continuously develop a clear and compelling brand across all touchpoints and opportunitiesDevelop and manage annual brand campaigns ensuring they are integrated across the Marketing department and wider RBL businessPlan, identify and deliver core research and metrics to ensure tracking and reporting of brand activity and optimal marketing efficiency.Manage development of the RBL brand visual and verbal identity to ensure it consistently reflects the organisation's purpose, values, and objectivesManage development of brand toolkits, templates, guidelines, and core brand materials and ensure they are utilised correctly across the organisationWork with all RBL departments on the development of new products, services, and campaigns to ensure they are on brandManage and ensure development of the Brand ExecutiveManage the day-to-day relationship with the lead creative, media, and research agencies.Be responsible for the assigned budget to ensure that expenditures are within the allowable limits We would love to hear from you if have the following skills and experience: Experience of brand identity management and developmentExperience of managing brands for large, complex organisationsSignificant experience in brand design, TOV, creative development and content creationSignificant experience of planning and running integrated advertising campaigns and advertising agency managementStrong knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines particularly across media, paid-digital, social and PR and how a brand should be presented through these channelsExperience of delivering core research and metrics to ensure optimum marketing effectiveness and efficiencySignificant project management experience as well as line and budget management experienceStrong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and audiences including presenting to and influencing at senior level If you're interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please send your CV to Alice at Charity People in the first instance.
