As the Operations Manager, you will directly manage a team of Contract Managers, Site Managers and RLO's to deliver Social Housing Planned Works contracts across the Midlands. We are looking for somebody who has experience working alongside local authorities and housing associations delivering and managing multiple programmes. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your business region, commercial and contractual performance, and client satisfaction. All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor.
