About the Role Within the position of Barista, you will be working as part of the Workplace Experience Team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end uses want to be a part of. Maintain clean and operational equipment, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.Manage food and beverage counters, restocking supplies during service periods and keeping service areas tidy.Operate tills accurately, ensuring proper pricing and reconciliation of sales.Comply with budgetary standards, securing stores, and keeping areas clean, including walls, fixtures, and cutlery. About You As the Barista, you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey, as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for ISS Livv and its clients. Presentable with a friendly, team-oriented attitude.Capable of working independently or collaboratively, with prior barista experience.Knowledge of Health & Safety practices. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
