We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bar assistant to work within our Spring London studio. The successful role holder is key in delivering high quality service to our clients and staff, as well as ensuring the function of the bar is maintained. The role requires working with both the internal staff an external client, running food orders, serving customers at the bar, and ad hoc events offsite. The role is shift based, with agreed schedule with the manager. We expect this role to be 3 days per week minimum, with some additional cover required. The Bar Supervisor role: Chichester College is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Bar Supervisor to work in our Pavilion bar, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. About the Role As a Senior Manager in the Bars area, you’ll be vital in helping the guest’s create smiles - getting stuck in to give them a great experience, by being part of a large team of people who are responsible for providing guests with an outstanding experience . You’ll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guest driven and operating efficiently in everything you do. The role will also involve analysing KPI’s and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and Health & Safety policies. You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight the guests. You should be an advocate for your team’s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's and PDP discussions to support their development and careers. No two days will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, becoming fully involved and ensuring that the guest's experience is always number one priority. About You We are looking for an individual with prior experience in hospitality, such as a busy bar, restaurant or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important. You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121's and coaching. Delivering an amazing experience to guests is the most important part of the role, so you should be passionate about every interaction, and should seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
