Autism Support - Primary Schools across Leeds We are currently working with a number of primary schools based across Leeds who are looking for multiple Autism Support Assistants with previous experience working with Autism and other learning needs. Throughout this role as an autism support, you will be required to support learners on a 1:1 basis in class, and to help within small groups of two to seven learners. The day-to-day support isn't just focused on supporting learners academically, throughout the day there will be focus on assisting them with both their social and behavioural needs too. The aim of this role is to help ensure that both the social and learning aspect of education are made accessible for all learners no matter what needs or challenges they may face.
