I am working with a rapidly growing, top 100 equivalent boutique in North West London. This firm has recently won a number of AIM listed clients as well as some large, non-listed groups and an influx of OMBs and SMEs. As a result, they are now looking for multiple staff including another Audit Manager. This firm has proven time and time again that the traditional, PA to Partner type model works and as a Manager, you will be able to inherit half of of Partner's portfolio and over time, be introduced to more and more BD with the aim of growing your own portfolio and stepping to Partner, then taking on a Manager to adopt half of your own portfolio. This model naturally caters to succession planning, and many of the Partners have followed the same path with this firm.
