References to pay rates are indicative and salary is dependent on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors, ensuring engagements are delivered to the highest standardOverseeing audit assignments from planning through to finalisation, including preparing and reviewing financial statementsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing commercial, value-added adviceCoaching, mentoring, and supporting junior and semi-senior team members to aid their professional developmentLiaising with Partners on technical matters and contributing to business development initiatives across the firmRequirementsACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in an audit-focused roleMust have previous experience working within a UK Practice environmentProven track record of managing audit engagements and leading teams to deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframesStrong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and relevant auditing standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
