Working closely with the firm's leadership team, you will oversee a substantial portfolio of clients, lead complex audit engagements, drive audit quality and compliance, and act as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurial businesses and their stakeholders.This role extends beyond audit delivery and offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of the practice. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, mentoring senior members of the team and contributing to the commercial success of the firm.
