Your role as Audit Assistant ManagerAs an Audit Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading audits, managing teams, and supporting client engagements. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and leading audit engagements, managing onsite teams (70% of your time).Preparing accounts and drafting tax computations (30% of your time).Reviewing the work of team members and ensuring the quality of audit files.Coaching and mentoring junior team members, offering feedback and guidance.Liaising with clients to resolve queries and escalate complex matters as needed.Ensuring assignments are delivered within pre-determined budgets and timescales. What you'll need to succeed as Audit Assistant Manager Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA, CA, ICAS, or ACCA.Proven experience planning and leading external audits.Knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 and strong technical skills.Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience.Familiarity with audit software (e.g., Caseware) and Microsoft Office packages.
