Banking & Finance Lawyer (4-7 PQE) Location: Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester or Reading (hybrid working available) A growing national legal team is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its dynamic practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys handling a wide variety of finance work and wants to develop within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The Role The position offers exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including: General corporate lending Acquisition and leveraged finance Real estate and development finance Project finance Asset-based lending and structured facilities You will work on transactions for a diverse client base, including major lenders, specialist finance providers, private equity investors, and corporate borrowers across the UK and internationally.
