Management Associate Consultant – Safety Location: Remotely based – National and international travel is required, approximately 80%Salary: £60 – £120 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including market location position-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and placement in a specific consulting level based on experience and work history. In the UK, we deliver a wide range of services spanning all industry types including by not limited to automotive, oil and gas, insurance, manufacturing, and chemical and process safety industries.We are now recruiting for an Organisational Change Consultant to facilitate organisational change programmes in order to achieve safety performance improvement at client sites!You will be working with us as a Contractor.Additionally, as our Organisational Change Consultant you will be responsible for: Evaluating organisational issues, advising client organisation leadership, and implementing safety culture change initiatives.Conducting workshops and presentations for groups large and small, across all levels of an organisationProviding coaching to senior and mid-level leaders in client organizationsSupporting Assessments by conducting in-field observations, interviews, focus groups while supporting report out’sImplementing systems and processes developed by Organisational SafetyConducting analysis of client injury and accident data to report on Serious Injury and Fatality potentials and actualsManaging client projects to achieve high level of client excellence; developing work plans; delivering work on-time and within budget constraints; and coordinating work with other consultantsIdentifying new business opportunities within client organisations and work to support new business generationPotentially contributing to thought leadership by developing new materials and participating in problem-solving teamsPiloting new products in support of product and service developmentIn order to be successful in this role you must have:Minimum 10-years’ experience working in industry or governmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredUnderstanding of cross-cultural differencesBackground in Industrial Safety or Hygiene preferredAbility to identify problems, apply critical thinking, and research potential solutionsHigh degree of professionalism and skill in verbal and written communicationsAbility to develop strong and genuine client relationships; high personal credibility with all organisational levelsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as a team playerStrong experience with organisational initiatives in safety, quality methods or other organisational change processExperience with operations in petroleum, manufacturing, utilities, and/or transportation industriesExcellent training and presentation skillsExperience managing large, complex programsSpeaking a second language would be advantageousA limited company with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance aligned with DEKRA’s minimum requirements or onboard through an umbrella company.
